so tonight ii was with a group who might be well assosiated with the upper middle class. one person was wealthy enough to have a driver take her here. when i pulled up to the house, i saw a man sitting in a car outside my house. i was wondering why is he sitting there and who is he? i walked in and find out hes a driver. and i tell them it makes me sad that hes sitting there while his boss is having a blast with people and food. i asked why just leave him there and the response was well hes getting paid good money. to them, they can do anything to anyone as long as they give um the money. i think to myself how much the working class gets controlled and manipulated to do what the upper class say. all this because of the good old american dollar. same with the idea of paying more for taxes for more money. many people feel cheated becase there good earned dollar is going to people who cant pay for the hospital. i think to myself, arent we all equal? we were put on this earth to live in harmony with each other but i guess because we are all different species of humans we cant get along and work together side by side without being better then everyone else. it kills me that most people will never learn to just live and help everyone else out whether they earned what they have or not. isnt that the good thing to do? and dont we all strive to be better people anyway? that should be our goal; work together side by side and accept everyone for what they can offer to the world because every time we forget about that working class person, we miss out on a whole world of ideas and concepts because they dont have money. i mean think back to world war 2. think of the 6 million who died. think about all the science and technology and ideas are lost with those lives because there lives got taken away because people thought they were better then everyone. so lets work together and make this place better for everyone.

It's funny, but in America, there is such a rampant value of individualism combined with hard work and materialism that so many of Americans can't see how paying taxes to help others is okay. We are willing to send Americans to Iraq to create freedom and democracy and pay nearly a trillion dollars for it, but we don't want to pay for healthcare for poor people or fund their education.
